Today, there was a customer who did not show up even after the scheduled time.
Both the staff and I had prepared a room and were waiting for you.
If you had contacted us even briefly to say, “I can’t make it,” we would have been able to guide another customer who wanted to visit.
At soaplands, there is no cancellation fee, even for same-day or last-minute cancellations.
Because we have such a considerate policy, we kindly ask that you please contact us if you cannot come.
When one person does this, it causes trouble for other customers who want to meet me in the future.
